Studio Policies

PUNCTUALITY

Mirror Mirror Studio strives to always be on time for our guest. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to alter or reschedule your appointment to ensure it does not effect the following scheduled appointments .

 

CANCELLATIONS

Your time is valuable and so is mine. I reserve your scheduled time especially for you. If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, a 48 hour notice is requested. I understand life happens and I respect that. If cancelling/changing/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, a fee may be required to compensate. This fee is at my discretion. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are tracked. Thank you for understanding.

RE-DOS/REFUNDS

I pride myself on really getting to know your wants and needs through a thorough consultation prior to each service, in order to ensure 100% happiness. I do get that sometimes, once you get home, you may find something you would like to adjust. Please contact me within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with your hair and I will immediately meet with you to discuss the next steps.

Mirror Mirror Salon Studio Refund Policy 

    1. Recommended take home product must have been purchased at the studio during initial appointment to ensure proper at home care

    2. Guest must come into the salon and meet with me before any refund is considered. 

 

SICK POLICY

If you have been ill in the last 48 hours please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to get you rescheduled in a timely matter. Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you are sick, or if anyone in your household has the flu/lice.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

I LOVE CLT! I also LOVE supporting everything local as often as I can. I am always happy to hear about any oppotunities! 

 

REWARDS

All reward points are calculated and kept through my booking program. Rewards can be used in $25 incraments. To receive instant $25 for referring a friend, your referral must get and pay for their service before rewards are issued. 

Nothing is perfect and if you feel like I may have missed reward points on your account please feel free to mention it. These rewards are for you!
