Everything you were wondering before your next chapter.

Before You Book

A little prequel before we get to the good part. I want to make sure there are no nerves so I can make it as easy as possible for you.

I want to meet you in person first to talk about things...

Start with the Prologue. You can book this online and it is a complimentary in person consultation.  This gives me a chance to learn your hair history, see what you’re working with, talk through your inspiration, and create a plan before we jump into your next chapter.

I have no idea what service to book. Help?
You do not need a cosmetology degree to book your hair appointment. If balayage vs. highlights vs. dimensional color makes your brain hurt, CLICK Tell Me Your Hair Story. Fill out the quick questionnaire, send me the screenshots and the “I don’t know what this is called but I want THIS” thoughts, and I’ll point you in the right direction within 24–48 hours. You do not have to do this but for some it helps

Do I need a consultation first?
For major transformations, corrective color, vivid/fantasy color, or anything where we need a little more planning, yes. For many straightforward services, we can handle the consultation as part of your appointment.

During Your Appointment

Your chapter. Your pace. Your kind of appointment.

Your time in my studio is meant to feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely yours. Here’s what you might want to know before you settle into the chair.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Come comfortable, but skip bulky hoodies, turtlenecks, or anything that makes it hard for me to get to your hair and neckline. And if we’re doing color, maybe don’t wear the irreplaceable white shirt. I’m good, but we are still working with chemicals over here.

Do I have to talk the whole appointment?
Absolutely not. Chat with me, watch Netflix, read your book, borrow one from my little library, scroll your phone, or enjoy some glorious silence. You never have to entertain me while I do your hair.

Can I bring food, drinks, or something to do?
Yep. I also keep drinks and snacks in the studio, plus Wi-Fi and chargers. Bring your Kindle, laptop, headphones, book, or whatever makes a longer appointment feel more like your time.

After The Appointment

Because the story doesn’t end when you leave the salon.

Great hair should still feel great once you’re the one washing, styling, and living in it. Here are the things people usually wonder once the salon magic wears off.

How often should I come back?
It depends entirely on your hair, your color, and how much maintenance you actually want in your life. Before you leave, we’ll talk about what your particular hair needs and when I’d recommend seeing you again. No mystery timeline.

How do I keep my color looking good at home?
Water temperature, how often you wash, heat styling, products, and even the kind of color you have can all affect longevity. I’ll give you realistic recommendations for your hair—not a 14-step routine you’re never going to do.

What if something doesn’t feel right after I get home?

Please tell me! Sometimes you need to live in your new hair for a minute before realizing something isn’t quite right. If you have any concerns about your service, contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I’ll work with you to make any necessary adjustments so you can feel great about your hair.
